COVID Precautions - PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING

We hope that if you choose to join us that you are vaccinated by now because we are so looking forward to celebrating with y'all!

Because we care about your health and the health of others around you, we will be requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test that is no more than 72 hours old before entering the ballroom. Please bring your vaccination card/negative test results in person, have a photo of it on your phone, or be ready to show your LA Wallet app.

We will also be following all State and CDC guidelines for the indoor event. Please bring a mask to wear as you enter and move around the ballroom.

Since space is limited, we will not be issuing refunds for people who register who do not have a vaccination record or negative test results with them at the event.
