2025 CALL FOR ENTRIES
Louisiana Chapter of ASLA Professional Design Awards Program
The Louisiana Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architect continues to encourage and recognize excellence in the practice of landscape architecture and to inform the public of the broad scope of landscape architecture services. Therefore, LCASLA recognizes Louisiana landscape architects and affiliated professionals who have demonstrated excellence in their pursuit to lead, educate, and participate in the careful stewardship, wise planning, and artful design of our cultural and natural environment. LCASLA encourages all registered landscape architects to submit their best work for judging for the 2025 Awards Banquet. Projects selected as worthy of an award will receive one of the following:
President’s Award of Excellence - One award may be presented, if merited, from all categories, determined by unanimous vote of the Jury, for work demonstrating exceptional contribution in the advancement of the profession, and exemplifying the ethics upon which the profession was founded.
Honor Award - The Jury may choose one Honor Award per category to recognize superior professional accomplishment.
Merit Award - The Jury may select any number of Merit Awards to recognize outstanding professional accomplishment.
Special Recognition - The LCASLA Executive Committee may select any number of Special Recognition Awards to recognize special contributions to the advancement of our profession.
Entry Form and Payment Submittal due:
September 12, 2025, 5:00 pm CST
Digital entry submitted to Awards Coordinator:
October 3, 2025, 11:59 pm CST.
Winners will be announced and recognized at the 2025 LCASLA Awards Banquet in Baton Rouge on November 14th 2025, at the Baton Rouge Gallery (1515 Dalrymple Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70808).
